Stark County Sheriff: Missing 14-year-old girl found

Shortly after posting that Kendra Royal was missing, the Stark County Sheriff's Department said she had been located.

STARK COUNTY, Ohio — Authorities in Stark County say a 14-year-old girl who was reported missing after leaving her home in Lexington Township for a bike ride around 7 p.m. Tuesday has now been located.

The Stark County Sheriff's Office did not provide any additional details about where she was found, but said she is safe.

The Stark County Sheriff’s Office says Kendra Royal was last seen wearing black leggings, a black hoodie and white shoes with a green Nike symbol.

Kendra is described as 5’2” tall and approximately 160 pounds. Authorities say she has blonde hair, blue eyes and a fair complexion.

She was riding a purple beach cruiser bicycle similar to one pictured in the Facebook post below.

Anybody with information is asked to call the Stark County Sheriff’s Office at 330-430-3800.

No additional details were immediately available.
