CANTON TOWNSHIP — The victim of a fatal Stark County hit-skip has been identified, the Stark County Sheriff's confirms.
30-year-old Brianna Lilly was found, Saturday,on the side of the road near Mapleton Street and Dalemont Avenue in Canton Township.
Officials say Lilly was walking in the area when she was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.
She died at the scene as a result of her injuries.
The driver of the vehicle has been identified, charges are expected as the investigation continues.
