COPLEY, Ohio — The Copley Police Department is investigating the suspected murder of a 73-year-old woman.
Police respond to a home in the 1500 block of Centerview Drive after reports of a physical assault on December 24 around 2:30 p.m. At the scene, officers found the victim deceased inside the home.
The Summit County Medical Examiner is assisting with the investigation and is schedule to perform an autopsy Saturday, December 6.
No information on a potential motive or suspect has been released at this time. This is a developing story.
