According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Gatsby's Pub was cited for improper conduct  -- disorderly activity and improper conduct -- after visiting agents observed nudity and Sunday sale of intoxicating liquor.

Per a release, the agents arrived at 9:20 p.m. and witnessed approximately 200 patrons inside the establishment located on Romig Road. The customers were "moving freely throughout the premise and congregating in large groups around the bar," with some receiving lap dances from nude entertainers. Little-to-no social distancing measures were observed and the establishment was offering a self-serve buffet.

The case will now go before the Ohio Liquor Control Commission. Potential penalties include fines and/or the suspension or revocation of liquor permits.
