CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio — A reward of up to $35,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the person, or persons, responsible for the death of a 23-year-old man in Cuyahoga Falls.
According to the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department, $30,000 of the reward money is being offered by a private donor, with an additional $5,000 being offered by the Summit County Crime Stoppers.
On Thursday, May 26, 23-year-old Giovanni K. Stanford of Akron was shot inside of a home located on Forest Glen Drive in Cuyahoga Falls.
He was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his head and torso.
The victim was transported to the Summa Akron City Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 11:34 p.m. according to authorities.
The Cuyahoga Falls Police Detective Bureau is actively investigating the homicide.
