WKYC contacted Warrensville Heights Mayor Brad Sellers and Sellers said Officer Nakia Jones is in the clear regarding any discipline.
Sellers says she won't be fired and she won't be disciplined.
Sellers said "...the comments were made on the officer's personal Facebook page, at her home."
Jones spoke out about her Facebook video Friday near her mother's church near E. 79th Street and Quincy Avenue.
