The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating an accident that killed a 33-year-old woman on November 3.

According to police reports, the woman was stopped at the intersection of East 21st Street and Chester Avenue just before 8 a.m. along with a Mack dump truck. As the traffic light changed to green, the woman was given the "walk" signal by a pedestrian crossing signal. At the same time, the dump truck, driven by a 69-year-old man, began to make a right turn.
