YMCA of Greater Cleveland offering child care to critical care workers, virtual workouts

The YMCA Of Greater Cleveland is doing its part to help the community amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Take a look at downtown Cleveland's new YMCA location. The health and wellness center will open on March 29.

CLEVELAND — The YMCA Of Greater Cleveland is doing its part to help the community amid the coronavirus pandemic. 

Times are tough, so to help relieve stress the YMCA is offering two programs to help give members of the community a little peach of mind. 

The organization has is offering free online workouts and childcare to critical care workers. 

Dozen of workout videos, that can be done at home, can be found on their website. There are a variety of workouts available including cardio, stretching, yoga, zumba and more. The workouts are suitable for people of all ages and no special equipment is needed. 

The second resource is childcare to critical care workers. Those workers include medical personnel, first responders and nursing home employees.
