With Game of Thrones officially over, "winter" has come and gone.
But not before Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett left us with an epic image from the uber-popular HBO show.
On Sunday, Game of Thrones ran its series finale, titled "The Iron Throne," which brought an end to the eight-season, 73-episode fantasy drama. In honor of the occasion, Garrett took off his shirt and put on his best body paint, dressing as Khal Drogo, the Dothraki chieftain who had been depicted by actor Jason Momoa throughout his run on the show.
Garrett's affinity for Game of Thrones hasn't been a secret, as he's often taken to Twitter to react to the show in real time and discuss fan theories with his followers. At one point, the 2018 Pro Bowl selection even attempted to organize a watch party for the series' highly anticipated finale in Cleveland, although those plans ultimately fell apart.
Instead, Garrett -- who is entering his third season with the Browns -- opted for an online costume contest, in which his followers were encouraged to send him their own getups. Suffice to say, the No. 1 pick of the 2017 NFL Draft got the party started -- and then some -- although it remains to be seen how he ultimately felt about the finale, which has largely received mixed reviews from fans and critics alike.
With Game of Thrones now in the books -- no pun intended -- Garrett will now turn his attention toward building off a breakout season, in which he tallied 13.5 sacks, 12 tackles for loss and 29 QB hits. That's not to say that will stop him from dissecting the character arc of Daenerys or discussing dragons as metaphors. But when it comes to the football field, you'd be hard pressed to find a more fitting character for Garrett to channel than Khal Drogo.
