Nike is throwing a juicy bone to the Dawg Pound, just in time for the preseason opener.
The iconic show company confirmed Wednesday it will release special editions of its Air Zoom Pegasus 36 sneaker on Aug. 8 (i.e., tomorrow) specifically for NFL fans. One of the designs, of course, features the Browns, with Brown base coloring, an orange Nike swoosh, brown and orange laces, and the classic helmet logo on the heel and tongue.
Nike says the shows contain "more perforations and engineered mesh in the upper for targeted breathability across high-heat areas," and "a slimmer heel collar and tongue...reduce bulk without compromising comfort, while exposed Flywire cables give you a snug fit at higher speeds."
The shoes are available in both men's and women's sizes. They will be sold only at Dick's Sporting Goods both in-store and online, with a price tag of $129.99.
