Ohio Lottery announces 3 big winners in Northeast Ohio: See where the winning tickets were sold

Three people recently bought winning tickets worth nearly $220,000 combined at stores across Northeast Ohio, the Ohio Lottery announced Saturday.

CLEVELAND — Three Northeast Ohioans took home major prize hauls playing the Ohio Lottery, the state lottery commission announced Saturday. 

In the Saturday, July 20 draw for the Rolling Cash 5, one lucky man claimed a $199,000 prize and will take home $143,280 after taxes. The winning ticket was sold at Wing Warehouse Sports Bar in Akron.

In Wadsworth, a man won $10,000 via an Ohio Lottery 50th Anniversary scratch-off ticket. He will earn around $7,200 after taxes. He bought his winning ticket at Grizzly Quick Mart in Wadsworth. 

In Stark County, the Lady Luck 25X scratch-off game won another man a $10,000 prize. THat ticket was sold at 6th Street Market in Massillon. 

Meanwhile, although nobody hit the $306 million jackpot in the Mega Millions drawing on Friday, lottery officials say there were thousands of other winners who hit smaller prizes throughout Ohio. You can see those prizes and check the winning numbers here.
