PARMA HEIGHTS, Ohio — We have a BIG lottery winner in Northeast Ohio who just hit the Classic Lotto jackpot worth $5.5 million.
The Ohio Lottery says the winning ticket, which was sold at Yorktown Service Center on Pearl Road in Parma Heights, matched all six numbers in the Classic Lotto drawing on Monday, Oct. 9.
The winning numbers were 9, 16, 18, 27, 41 and 44.
Lottery officials say the winner has 180 days to claim their prize.
The odds of hitting the Classic Lotto jackpot? One in 13,983,816.
Classic Lotto drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 7:05 p.m.
But that’s not all…
There was also a winning Powerball ticket that just hit a $1 million prize in Northeast Ohio. The Ohio Lottery says that lucky ticket was purchased at North Court Beverage in Medina.
