CLEVELAND — Although nobody hit the $277 million jackpot in the Mega Millions drawing on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2022, there were plenty of people who won smaller prizes throughout Ohio.
The Ohio Lottery says there were 21,083 winning tickets sold in the state with varying prizes as listed below:
- $10,000 prize: 1 winner
- $2,500 prize: 4 winners
- $1,000 prize: 18 winners
- $500 prize: 15 winners
- $200 prize: 35 winners
- $50 prize: 462 winners
- $20 prize: 1640 winners
- $10 prize: 4,972 winners
- $4 prize: 4,276 winners
- $2 prize: 9,660 winners
The winning numbers in the Tuesday night drawing are 9, 21, 28, 30, 52 and Mega Ball 10. The Megaplier option was 5x.
The jackpot now grows to an estimated $301 million, which features a cash option worth $160.3 million. The next drawing will take place on Friday, Sept. 23, at 11 p.m.
Mega Millions lottery officials say the odds of hitting the jackpot are one in 302,575,350. The odds of hitting a $1 million winning ticket are listed at one in 12,607,306.
