CHARDON, Ohio — Rain and chilly temperatures didn't stop hundreds of people from coming out to Chardon for the 90th annual Geauga County Maple Festival on Sunday.
Of course, the world famous maple syrup is the star, but there were so many other things to do that were fun for the whole family.
Despite the wetness, the rides remained open for festivalgoers — that’s in addition to dozens of food vendors ready to serve traditional fest food.
Also available to enjoy were the maple stirs, lumberjack shows, and pancakes in the park.
There's still time to have fun! The festival runs through 7 p.m. right on Chardon Square.
