CLEVELAND -- John Carroll University announced today it has received a $1 million grant from Medical Mutual of Ohio.
The grant was given in support of the University's Forever Carroll Campaign, and will help students on the path towards healthcare careers.
The new fund, named The Medical Mutual Opportunity Fund, will also be used for faculty projects and healthcare internships.
Medical Mutual of Ohio is the oldest and largest health insurance company based in Ohio.
