Here's how to vote early for the November election

Election day is Nov. 5, but voters can submit their ballots by mail or vote in person ahead of time.

CLEVELAND — Early voting is set to begin Oct. 8 for those hoping to get their ballots in for the November General Election.

Election day is Nov. 5, but voters can submit their ballots by mail or vote in person ahead of time.

Those hoping to vote by mail can request a ballot application here, or call 216-443-VOTE. Applications are also available at all public libraries.

Those wishing to vote early in-person can do so at the Board of Elections, located at 2925 Euclid Ave. in Cleveland.

The Board of Elections' hours are as follows:

  • Weekdays, Oct.8-25: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Closed Oct. 14 for Columbus Day)
  • Weekdays, Oct. 28-Nov. 1: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Nov. 2: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Nov. 3: 1-5 p.m. 
  • Nov. 4: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The voter registration deadline is Oct. 7 at 9 p.m. Registration can be completed online here.
