CLEVELAND -- On Wednesday, thousands of students across the country will stage walkouts as a part of a nationwide event.
The National School Walkout is intended to both honor the 17 victims of the February shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla. and protest gun violence.
