Two days after he was first introduced as the new head coach of the Cleveland Browns, the legend of Freddie Kitchens continues to grow.

On Wednesday, an observant Reddit user (u/porkchopps) shared a scene from an otherwise nondescript 1998 episode of WWF Monday Raw. But as the wrestler known as Golga -- real name: John Tenta -- made his way to the ring for the third match, an interesting sign could be seen in the crowd.

"Freddie Kitchens is the man," it read.

Considering the episode took place in Chattanooga, Tennessee -- just an hour away from Kitchens' hometown of Gadsden, Alabama -- it hardly seems as though the reference was coincidental.

Although Kitchens was still a year away from beginning his coaching career, the episode of Raw did occur after his college career at Alabama, where he spent three seasons as the starting quarterback for the Crimson Tide. It's totally conceivable that the person holding the sign was an Alabama fan, given that Kitchens -- who left Tuscaloosa ranking third in career passing attempts, fourth in career passing yards, and fifth in career completions -- college career had ended just months earlier.

But whatever the reason was, there was Kitchens' name, front and center in a screenshot that proceeded to go viral throughout Wednesday.

While it remains unclear whether or not Kitchens, himself, is a WWE fan, the 44-year-old head coach dod channel his inner "Stone Cold" Steve Austin on Wednesday morning. Calling into The Ken Carman Show with Anthony Lima on 92.3 The Fan, Kitchens had a suggestion for one of the co-hosts' catchphrases: "Super Bowl! Super Browns! Yeah!"

"Can we put a 'hell' in front of that 'yeah?'" Kitchens asked.

Hell yeah, we can.
