SANDUSKY -- Cedar Point has found a way to make waiting in line a bit more entertaining.
This year, uests will notice new FUNtv screens scattered in queue lines for some of the park's biggest rides.
These large flat-screen televisions will showcase music videos, trivia, news, sports and interactive games. The FUNtv screens will also eventually have original programming from Cedar Point itself.
The same screens have been installed at Kings Island near Cincinnati, which opened last month with the debut of Banshee -- the world's longest inverted roller coaster. Kings Island is dubbed the "control center" of the new FUNtv screens.
The FUNtv additions are being installed at Cedar Fair's parks throughout the country and Canada.
Cedar Point opens for the 2014 season on Saturday, May 10. Guests can experience various new rides within the revamped Gemini Midway and fresh food options throughout the park.
