AKRON, Ohio — Jesse Halmasy is a first year Kent State University student and CEO of Brain Wave. The company had a big win earlier this year at the National Junior Achievement USA Entrepreneurship competition in Washington D.C.. Jesse created Brain Wave in 2021 during his senior year at North Canton Hoover High School.
Brain Wave is a fun cognitive activity book to encourage users to improve focus and reduce their risk of progressive brain disease. 10% of proceeds from the activity book will be donated to the Susie V Foundation to support A-L-S research.
Jesse was interviewed by the I Promise News Team. He was asked about the company’s win and what worldwide competition is next for Brain Wave.
