BROOK PARK, OH – Police have found 73-year-old Joseph Thomas Moss safe early Thursday morning.
Moss went missing Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. from his residence on Sandhurst Drive.
He is 6 feet, 1 inches tall, weights 180 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes.
Moss has been known to get confused easily.
He was last seen wearing a white shirt, gray khaki shorts, and white sneakers.
Police believe he is driving a 2012 white Hyundai Sonata with Ohio license plate number EKW 8770.
