CLEVELAND, Ohio — Developers installed a web cam to monitor the progress of a nest of American kestrel falcons in Cleveland's Ohio City neighborhood, which WKYC previously reported on last week.
The five eggs hatched sometime between Friday and Saturday. The Snavely Group, based in Chagrin Falls, has decided to delay construction in the area until the birds can be fully developed.
