One local Realtor, Howard Hanna, has an unusual offering. A seemingly very unusual offering.
Listed on their site is 4480 West Bath Road in Bath Township near Akron, Ohio. A quick click reveals a five-sentence caption to the photo gallery that shows the home.
One sentence reads: This is Jeffrey Dahmer's childhood home.
Here's the entire caption: "Mid-century modern home with a true park-like setting. Smoking and animals okay. This is Jeffrey Dahmer's childhood home. Close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Montrose shopping. Easy access to I-77 highway."
Built in 1952, it was first put up for sale in August 2012 for $329,000. Dahmer's parents bought the house in 1968, when he was 8.
On April 1, 2014, WKYC wrote a story about the home being put up for sale again.
