Cleveland Browns get 1st victory of season, and as Nick Camino says 'a win is a win is a win'

'We're not going to complain about a victory, especially on the road and especially in the NFL.'

Hey, we'll take it.

The Browns pick up their first win of the season down in Jacksonville, outlasting the Jaguars 18-13. Was it pretty? No, and if we're being honest, Cleveland probably should've run away with this thing.

They kind of let Jacksonville hang around, but as we always say, a win is a win is a win. We're not going to complain about a victory, especially on the road and especially in the NFL.

The defense controlled the game, the special teams were great (what a punt late there by Corey Bojorquez!), and offensively, they did what they needed to do. Deshaun Watson? Not great, but much better than Week 1 against the Cowboys.

There were some off-the-field headlines this week that were surrounding Watson. We all know that. The Browns put all that behind them, they went and got a win. That's a credit to the players, ultimately, but also Kevin Stefanski and his coaching staff.

The Browns are 1-1, and I'm not going to make you play the schedule game with me, but with the New York Giants, the Las Vegas Raiders, and the Washington Commanders coming up the next three weeks, the Browns have a golden opportunity to get this season off on the right path.

One game at a time, and today's win in Jacksonville felt like a big one.
