AKRON, Ohio — The Bridgestone Senior Players Championship has announced new features prior to the event, which takes place in July.

Visitors can still hang out in the Fan Zone, located behind the 18th green. The Fan Zone will feature local favorite food trucks, including Swenson's, Nelly Belly Pizza and Hatfield's Goode Grub, while live music will take place after play on Friday and Saturday.

The Kids Landing area features a mini golf course, putt-putt contests, ice cream and a shot at autographs from the pros. Kids 18 and under will be admitted to the Bridgestone Senior Players Championship free when accompanied by someone with an adult ticket.

The Water Tower Club will be located on the front clubhouse lawn off the 18th green with televisions, local food and live music.

New this year is the 3-3-0 Ticket Offer, a $10 ticket that gets fans entry on Friday and Saturday after 3:30 p.m. The ticket includes access to the Water Tower Club and the live music once play ends.

Grounds tickets will start at $30, with weekly passes costing $95. Those seeking an upgraded experience can buy Clubhouse Firestone Hall Passes, which are available both daily and weekly.

The Bridgestone Senior Players Championship takes place July 8-14 at Firestone Country Club.
