HS Tennis: OTCA releases season's first boys state polls

See how the area's elite high school boys tennis teams rank among the state's best
The Ohio Tennis Coaches Association released its first high school boys tennis rankings of the season on Monday

The Ohio Tennis Coaches Association recently released the first of five weekly high school boys tennis state polls to be conducted throughout the 2014 season.

First-place votes are in parenthesis.

Division I

1. Cincinnati Sycamore – Total Points: 99 (9)

2. Cincinnati Mason – Total Points: 67

3. Upper Arlington– Total Points: 62 (1)

4. Toledo St. John's Jesuit – Total Points: 56

5. St. Ignatius– Total Points: 51

6. St. Xavier – Total Points: 42

7. Massillon Jackson – Total Points: 32

8. Copley – Total Points: 24

9. New Albany – Total Points: 23

10. Springboro – Total Points: 11

Division II

1. Cincinnati Country Day School – Total Points: 120 (12)

2. Gahanna Columbus Academy – Total Points: 90

3. Cincinnati Seven Hills – Total Points: 86

4. Lexington – Total Points: 70

5. University School – Total Points: 60

6. Cincinnati Wyoming – Total Points: 52

7. Cincinnati Indian Hill – Total Points: 38

8. Hawken – Total Points: 30

9. Bexley – Total Points: 26

10. Milton Union – Total Points: 22
