CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Monsters' matchup with the Utica Comets at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse on Thursday night has been postponed due to the American Hockey League's COVID-19 protocols.
Per a release from the league, the Comets are the team that has been affected by the protocols. A rescheduled game date will be announced in the near future, with all tickets that had been purchased for Thursday night's game being honored for the new date.

The top affiliate of the National Hockey League's Columbus Blue Jackets, the Monsters had entered Thursday's matchup with the Comets in third place of the AHL's North Division with a 10-8-2-3 record. Cleveland is also scheduled to host the Comets at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse at 7:00 p.m. on Friday night.
