All Cleveland Cavaliers' Summer League games will be televised

The 10-day competition featuring all 30 NBA teams starts August 8th in Las Vegas.

LAS VEGAS — Great news for all you die-hard basketball and Cleveland Cavaliers fans -- the NBA announced today that all Summer League basketball games, including the Cavaliers, will be broadcasted live on television.

The Summer League basketball season will take place August 8 through August 17 at Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. 

According to the press release, "the 10-day competition featuring all 30 NBA teams will air live on television on ESPN networks or NBA TV.  Every game will also be available stream on the ESPN App. The 28 teams that do not play in the Championship Game will play a fifth game on August 16th or August 17th."

The Summer League action tips off on Sunday, August 8 with eight games. 

The Houston Rockets (No. 2 pick) will meet the Cleveland Cavaliers (No. 3 pick) at 6:30 p.m. ET.

Sunday, August 8

6:30 p.m. EST – Cleveland vs. Houston (ESPN2)

Wednesday, August 11

Thomas & Mack Center

6:00 p.m. EST – Cleveland vs. Orlando (ESPN2)

Friday, August 13

Thomas & Mack Center

6:00 p.m. EST – Cleveland vs. New Orleans (NBA TV)

Saturday, August 14

Thomas & Mack Center

8:00 p.m. EST – Cleveland vs. New York (ESPN2)

Don't forget, the 2021 NBA Draft will take place in Brooklyn, New York, on Thursday, July 29.

The Cavs have the third overall pick in the draft and are in need of a power forward, shooting guard and a small forward.
