SEATTLE — Prior to Tuesday night's 2023 MLB All-Star Game in Seattle, Los Angeles Angels pitcher Shohei Ohtani showed some love for the Cleveland Guardians' José Ramírez
During an interview with the MLB Network, "Shotime" revealed that he was most excited to share the dugout with Ramírez.
Despite the two not playing on the same team during the regular season, Ohtani said in the interview that they always have great conversations and that Ramírez is a funny guy.

During the bottom of the seventh inning, the Guardians' third basemen hit a double off of Giants pitcher Camilo Doval, earning his fifth career hit at an All-Star Game.
To end the game, Ramírez struck out with two on base. The National League won the Midsummer Classic 3-2, earning their first win since 2012.
Ramírez currently ranks 16th in the league with a batting average of .289. He also leads the Guardians in home runs and hits with 14 and 97, respectively.
