Beyond the Dugout: Indians OF Tyler Naquin doesn’t want to mess with spiders, but he’d love to fly

CLEVELAND — Get to know more about Tyler Naquin as we go "Beyond the Dugout" with the Cleveland Indians outfielder.

Question: If you could have any super power, what would it be?

Naquin: I think being able to fly would be pretty amazing.

Question: If you could be animal, what animal would you like to be?

Naquin: I would be a Golden Eagle... kind of a big, big eagle… fast, strong just a dominant predator out there. I enjoy that.

Question: Do you have any secret talents?

Naquin: Not any secret talents. When people ask me what I like to do other than baseball I do a lot of hunting and fishing and I’m a big car and diesel truck fanatic, so I like all that kind of stuff but as a secret talent, not really.

Question: Is there any fear that you have in life, are you scared of anything?

Naquin: As far as maybe spiders and stuff? Man, I think everybody’s a little bit scared of spiders and stuff. I mean, they’re just creepy, man. Spiders are wicked. As far as scared of them, not really but to get bit by one, not cool, not cool at all.
