He's got his rings. He saved his hometown. He signed a new multiyear contract to stay in Cleveland.

What more can the future possibly hold for LeBron James?

Owning a team, apparently.

James told Uninterrupted's "Open Run" podcast he'd someday like to own an NBA team, though he did not specify if he has a particular franchise in mind.

A guest on the podcast, James discussed how he builds his teams and noted his next dream is to own one.

"I would love to continue to give my knowledge to the game," he said on the podcast. "I would love to be a part of a franchise, if not at the top. ...My dream is to actually own a team."

James also said the full impact of the Cavs' 2016 championship still hasn't hit him. He said he hasn't watched ESPN's "Believeland" documentary, though he's well-aware of the history the Cavs made.

"It hasn't really hit me on what the hell we did," James said.
