CLEVELAND -- With 26 points, 5 assists and 4 rebounds in the first half alone, LeBron James is already in the midst of a masterful Game 7 performance against the Indiana Pacers.

But before the final buzzer sounded, the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar managed to make some history, passing Chicago Bulls great Scottie Pippen for the most steals in NBA history.

James once again etched his name in the NBA record books stealing the ball from Pacers point guard Darren Collison in the second quarter. The steal marked the 396th theft of James' playoff career, which has spanned the course of 13 postseasons.

Last year, James passed Pippen's Bulls teammate Michael Jordan for the most playoff points in NBA history. With his 26 points on Sunday, the 4-time MVP and 3-time NBA champion now lays claim to 6,385 career postseason points.

With a victory on Sunday, James will have the opportunity to add to his already impressive postseason totals in the Eastern Conference Semifinals, where the Cavs would meet the No. 1 seed Toronto Raptors. At halftime on Sunday, Cleveland currently leads the Pacers 54-43. James doesn't figure to be slowing down anytime soon either, as ESPN cameras caught him telling a family member or friend sitting nearby that he plans on playing the entire 48 minutes of Sunday afternoon's game.
