CLEVELAND -- The Cleveland Cavaliers and NBA will make a special announcement at Quicken Loans Arena on Thursday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. ET.
According to multiple reports, 'The Q' has been chosen as the host city for the 2022 NBA All-Star Game.
