CLEVELAND — Despite legislation having been passed, sports betting has yet to be activated in Ohio. But that hasn't stopped oddsmakers from weighing in on the upcoming 2022 NBA All-Star Weekend in Cleveland, where there will be plenty of competition taking place at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
