CLEVELAND — As NBA All-Star Weekend in Cleveland approaches, the Cavaliers' mascot is welcoming travelers to Northeast Ohio.
Sir C.C. was at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport to welcome fans arriving to the area for this weekend's festivities. WKYC will stream Sir CC's appearance in the video player above, as well as on its Facebook and YouTube pages.
NBA All-Star Weekend will kick off on Friday, with the league's Rising Stars Game at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and the Celebrity Game at the Wolstein Center. On Saturday, the Wolstein Center will host the first-ever NBA HBCU Classic between Morgan State and Howard University before Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse hosts NBA All-Star Saturday Night, featuring the Skills Competition, 3-Point Contest and Dunk Contest. On Sunday night, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse will host the 71st annual NBA All-Star Game, which will tip-off at 8 p.m. ET.
