CLEVELAND — The Browns have improved to 2-1 on the season after beating the Chicago Bears on Sunday by the final of 26-6. There were no shortage of highlights from the victory, including Myles Garrett's record-setting sack performance.
Every Monday, we offer you a new segment called "3 Things About the Browns," a spinoff of Stephanie Haney's popular "3 Things to Know" podcast. Each week, Stephanie will sit down with "Voice of the Browns" and 3News sports anchor Jim Donovan to discuss the top topics surrounding the team, as well as preview what comes next.
Here's what they talked about after Week 3:
Myles Garrett's unbelievable day
Garrett shattered the Browns' single-game record with 4.5 sacks against the Bears. It was part of a nine-sack performance by the defense against Bears rookie QB (and former Ohio State Buckeye) Justin Fields.
The Browns running backs continue to shine
Jimmy says the Browns have the best running game in the NFL. On a day when the Bears ganged up on Nick Chubb, it was Kareem Hunt's turn to stand out. Also, rookie Demetric Felton continues to impress on both offense and special teams.
The return of OBJ
For the first time since Week 7 of the 2020 season, Odell Beckham Jr. was back in the lineup for the Cleveland Browns. OBJ looked completely in sync with Baker Mayfield and the Browns offense, catching five passes for 77 yards.
