CLEVELAND — In a year that's been anything but ordinary, it was predictable that Sunday's Browns-Cowboys game would be unorthodox.
But what we saw was more like science fiction.
At one point, the Browns were down 14-7 and looked like they would be unable to keep up with Dallas' fast-break offensive attack. Then, they scored 34 unanswered points and held what we thought was a commanding 41-14 lead. But of course, the Cowboys fought back and pushed the game right down to the wire.

The Browns held on to win 49-38 and now are 3-1 for the first time since 2001. They are learning how to win and are also getting top production out of their stars.
With that in mind, Jay Crawford joined me on Monday morning for another fun-filled edition of After Further Review. Here's what we covered during the show:
- Why in the world did Dallas squib kick down 41-38?
- Odell Beckham's best game as a Brown
- The stars came out in Big D
- Baker Mayfield continues to not make mistakes
- The Browns identity
We also talked a lot about the Browns running game and concern about the status of Nick Chubb, who we now know will miss several weeks with an MCL injury to his knee. The concern is how healthy is Kareem Hunt and can D'Earnest Johnson and Dontrell Hilliard hold down the fort until Chubb gets back?
