Al Roker on Cleveland Browns loss to Tennessee Titans: 'They're going to bounce back'

Remember... There's still a lot of football left to play this season.

CLEVELAND — It wasn't the outcome any Cleveland Browns fan was hoping for, but it's important to remember that Sunday's loss 43-13 loss to the Tennessee Titans was just the first game.

“That’s just one game,” Al Roker of NBC’s Today told us Monday morning. “They’re going to bounce back, come back strong. Big, big next week.”

Roker, who once lived in Cleveland and worked here at WKYC, has faith the team will turn things around – especially considering they’re playing the New York Jets next week.

“See, it’s only one week,” Roker laughed. “Boom! All of a sudden, you know, you’ve got a gift. I mean, I’m a New Yorker, but they’re the Jets. You saw what happened with Buffalo yesterday. Good grief.”

Sunday’s loss resulted in big reaction on social media, with some fans saying the team was “overhyped.”

But as Roker reminded us… There’s a whole lot of football left to play.
