CLEVELAND — As the Cleveland Browns prepare to face off tomorrow night against the Las Vegas Raiders, they face yet another COVID-19 case amongst their starting lineup.
According to a report from ESPN’s Kimberly Martin, defensive end Jadeveon Clowney is the newest member of the Browns’ team to be positive for COVID-19. With Clowney’s positive case, the Browns currently have more than 20 positive COVID-19 cases within their organization including head coach Kevin Stefanski.
Aside from Clowney, the Browns have lost seven starters and many other valuable players this week due to COVID-19, including Baker Mayfield, Jarvis Landry, Case Keenum, Austin Hooper, Jedrick Wills Jr and many more.
According to a report from CBS' Sports' Josina Anderson, the NFl has moved the Browns' Week 15 matchup vs. the Las Vegas Raiders from Saturday to 5 p.m. ET on Monday, Dec. 20.
The breakout across the organization began on Tuesday when the Browns moved eight players to the reserve/COVID-19 list.
