On Monday, Garrett took three longtime patients of University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital and their families on a shopping spree at a local Meijer.

WKYC.com streamed the event, which you can watch in the player below.

Garrett's shopping spree comes one day after he recorded a strip-sack, which he returned for a touchdown, in the Browns' 24-22 win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. With his 15th sack of the season, the No. 1 pick of the 2017 NFL Draft set a new Cleveland single-season record, surpassing Reggie Camp's 14 sacks in the 1984 campaign.

“I knew I was going to make a play," Garrett said of his sack against the Ravens on Sunday. "I saw [defensive end Jadeveon Clowney] bobbling it, and I was getting ready to block. The ball was on the ground and nobody was going for it so I will take it.”

As for what his reaction was to setting the Browns' single-season sack record, the 25-year-old defensive end said: “Let us get another one. There was a lot of time left, and it came down to the end. Just trying to make a big play for us.”

A two-time Pro Bowl selection and 2020 first-team All-Pro, Garrett is currently enjoying the best season of his five-year NFL career. With the win vs. the Ravens, the Browns moved to 7-6 on the season and second place in the AFC North.
