Despite having one of the most impressive physiques in the NFL, Myles Garrett has typically worn long sleeves on game days throughout his time with the Cleveland Browns.

But after going sleeveless for the past three weeks, the All-Pro defensive end is ready to once again cover up.

Taking to social media earlier this month, the 25-year-old Garrett revealed that he was summoned by the NFL for a random drug test. The timing of the test coincidentally came just days after he uncharacteristically went sleeveless for the Browns' Week 4 win over the Minnesota Vikings.

"I go sleeveless for one game and they hit me with a “'you got a random drug test in the morning,'" Garrett tweeted.

After going sleeveless -- and drug test-free -- for the Browns' Week 5 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, Garrett once against opted to let his arms breathe for Cleveland's Week 6 matchup with the Arizona Cardinals this past Sunday. On Tuesday, the two-time Pro Bowl defensive end revealed he had once again been contacted by the league for a "random" drug test, which he said will bring an end to his days of playing without a long-sleeved shirt underneath his uniform.

"I go sleeveless TWO TIMES and get 'randomly' drug tested BOTH times," Garrett tweeted. "I’d try 3 for 3 but they can miss me with the blood draw  not the vibe. #SleevelessMyles is retired."
