Game preview

Riding a three-game post-bye week winning streak, the Browns enter Week 13 laying claim to an 8-3 record for the first time since 1994. But after beating the Houston Texans, Philadelphia Eagles and Jacksonville Jaguars, Cleveland will face one of its toughest tests of the season in the first-place Titans.

Between Derrick Henry, A.J. Brown, Ryan Tannehill and Corey Davis, Tennessee possesses one of the most potent offenses the Browns have seen all year. After missing the past two weeks due to COVID-19, star defensive end Myles Garrett will return to the Cleveland lineup, but the Browns defense is still without cornerback Denzel Ward.

With a win vs. the Titans, Cleveland would clinch its first winning season since 2007 and all but assure its first postseason appearance since 2002. Earning a victory, however, will be easier said than done and will require the Browns to play one of their best games of the season.

Prediction

The Browns keep this one close with a game plan designed to keep the ball out of Tennessee's -- and more importantly, Derrick Henry's -- hands. Ultimately, however, the Titans offensive firepower proves to be too much for Cleveland to keep pace with.
