Cleveland Browns holding fan vote to determine midfield logo for 2023 season: See the options

The Cleveland Browns have announced a fan vote to determine their midfield logo for the 2023 season.

CLEVELAND — As the Cleveland Browns prepare to open the 2023 NFL season, they're giving fans a say in which logo will be at midfield of Cleveland Browns Stadium for the upcoming campaign.

On Tuesday, the Browns announced that they are holding a poll for fans to vote on four options for the field's 50-yard line logo. The four options include the new "dawg" logo that won the team's design contest earlier this year, the retro elf logo that served as last season's midfield logo, the team's orange primary helmet logo and a simple orange, brown and white stripe.

Fans can submit their votes on the Browns' official website here.

The potential change to the Browns' midfield logo marks what could be just the latest aesthetic change in an offseason that's been full of them. In addition to the new alternate dog logo, which was designed by Houston Mark, Cleveland has announced that it will wear white alternate helmets, along with their 1946-inspired throwback uniforms for three games during the 2023 campaign.

“We’re super fired up and really excited to have this opportunity to wear an alternate helmet,” Browns Executive Vice President and Partner JW Johnson said in a statement. “We decided to go with the white helmet for a couple reasons — it harkens back to our past, and a lot of our greatest players wore white helmets. We also heard from our fans that it was the direction they wanted. We always want to continue having great fan interaction and deliver for them as much as we possibly can.”
