Cleveland Browns legendary offensive tackle Joe Thomas returned to FirstEnergy Stadium during the team's home opener against the New York Jets.
Thomas was honored in a halftime ceremony that recognized him as a member of the 2022 Class of Cleveland Browns Legends. The late Darrel 'Pete' Brewster was also honored as a member of the 2022 Class of Browns Legends.
During the ceremony, Thomas received his jacket for being a member of the Browns Legends Club.
Thomas spent 11 years in Cleveland, with 10 Pro Bowl selections and six first-team All-Pro seasons.
During his time with the Browns, Thomas never missed a snap. He has a streak of 10,363 consecutive snaps, which is believed to be the longest in the NFL's history.
Prior to the Browns game against the New York Jets, Thomas came out and provided a spark of energy in a packed stadium as he smashed a guitar during the pre-game ceremonies.
