CLEVELAND — Browns All-Pro defensive end Myles Garrett will undergo an MRI on his foot Monday after an injury that bothered him for long stretches of Cleveland's 21-15 loss to the New York Giants on Sunday.

Garrett had to be helped off the field at one point of the fourth quarter. On Friday, the NFL's reigning Defensive Player of the Year revealed he's dealing with injuries to both feet but didn't say exactly what was wrong.

"I'm not concerned about something I don't know about," Garrett said of the impending MRI following the game. "At this point, I'm going to continue to move as I have and look forward to playing the next game until someone tells me otherwise."

Garrett grabbed his right foot during the game, and he was limping following several plays. The 28-year-old told reporters he's dealing with multiple issues in both of his legs as he's trying to compensate for the foot injuries.

"If I think the foot’s feeling good or feeling better, it’s one thing or another," he explained "Lean on one leg, another one hurts; lean on one leg, the other one hurts. So it’s just, like I said, a combination, and I was going to get up from those things as best as I can. Wrap me up, tape me up, let's go."

After the Browns lost at home for the second time in three weeks, Garrett limped out of the locker room and was driven in a cart outside Huntington Bank Field. Garrett's father stopped to briefly to talk to him on his way out.

As he was helped to the sideline late in the game, Browns fans chanted Garrett's name and gave him a standing ovation. He eventually returned to the game.

"I felt empowered to continue to give my best for not only my team, but for the fans, for the organization," Garrett said of the love from the Cleveland faithful. "That's the stuff that you play for, so I'm going to continue to make us as Browns proud and do my best."

He also seemed more upset by the loss than his physical ailments.

"(I) just hate losing, and there’s just something that sits wrong within me more with losing than with dealing with any injury," he remarked. "When push comes to shove, when you're not feeling well, when you're sick, you're tired, you're hurting, you're injured, and you're back against the wall, you got to look at yourself in the mirror and be like, 'Am I really about this?' And I'm about it every single time. So if I have the opportunity, as long as they give me the green light, I'm going to go and that's every time."

In addition to Garrett being hurt, the Browns lost three offensive linemen to injuries: right guard Wyatt Teller (knee), left tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. (knee) and backup tackle James Hudson III (shoulder).

Browns coach Kevin Stefanski said all three would undergo imaging tests.

Wills made his 2024 debut after undergoing knee surgery in December.
