Cleveland Browns' opponents for 2019 season revealed

With the 2018 season having come to a close, the Cleveland Browns now know who they'll be facing in 2019.

After compiling a 7-8-1 record in 2018, the Cleveland Browns now know they'll have the No. 17 pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

They also know who they'll be playing the following fall.

With a third-place finish in the AFC North secured, the Browns opponents -- both home and away -- have been set for the 2019 season. In addition to facing the entirety AFC East and NFC West divisions -- as well as the AFC North twice -- Cleveland will face the third-place teams from the AFC South and AFC West.

The Browns opponents for the 2019 season will be as follows:

Home

  • Buffalo Bills
  • Miami Dolphins
  • Los Angeles Rams
  • Seattle Seahawks
  • Tennessee Titans
  • Baltimore Ravens
  • Cincinnati Bengals
  • Pittsburgh Steelers

Away

  • New England Patriots
  • New York Jets
  • Arizona Cardinals
  • Denver Broncos
  • San Francisco 49ers
  • Baltimore Ravens
  • Cincinnati Bengals
  • Pittsburgh Steelers

While their opponents have already been named, the Browns will have to wait until the spring to find out when they'll be playing each team. But given Cleveland's turnaround, the emergence of Baker Mayfield and a star-studded list of opponents, the Browns figure to play in multiple nationally televised contests, whether they come on Thursday, Sunday or Monday night.

Entering this year, Cleveland was only scheduled for one nationally televised game -- a Thursday night contest against the Jets that doubled as Mayfield's debut and the team's first win in more than a year. Although a Saturday night matchup against Denver was eventually added, it's safe to say the Browns will be much easier to find in 2019.
