According to ESPN's Senior NFL Reporter Jeremy Fowler, the Browns have been working out A.J. McCarron and Josh Rosen this week, per sources.

In Fowler's tweet, he also stated that "Cleveland is looking to go to training camp with four quarterbacks."

McCarron and Rosen are both currently free agents in the league.

Last year, McCarron suffered a season-ending injury after tearing his ACL during a preseason game with the Atlanta Falcons. Prior to joining Atlanta, McCarron spent three seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals and a year with the Las Vegas Raiders and Houston Texans.

Rosen, the 10th pick in the 2018 NFL Draft was a backup QB for the Falcons last season after McCarron tore his ACL. Rosen has previously played with the Arizona Cardinals and Miami Dolphins.

Currently, the Browns have Jacoby Brissett and Josh Dobbs as backup quarterbacks to Watson, who faces a possible suspension due to a violation of the NFL's Personal Conduct Policy.

A decision on the suspension is expected to be announced by former U.S. District Judge Sue L. Robinson in the coming days.
