Football season has officially begun, with Browns training camp starting up in Berea on Thursday. If his social media is any indication, the team's newest member is more than ready.
Odell Beckham Jr., in his first Cleveland training camp since being traded from the New York Giants in the offseason, posted a hype video on his Instagram account to mark the occasion. The caption says it all: "Believeland we’re here....It’s that time....Cleveland. This ones for you!"
In the video itself, legendary Browns left tackle and NFL Network analyst Joe Thomas talks about how "that city is about to burn down" with the hype surrounding the Browns. Suddenly, a mini Odell pops up from his orange Rolls Royce, and Odell is seen training hard with his teammates over various clips.
CBS Sports Radio's Jim Rome's commentary is heard in the background, talking up Browns' Super Bowl expectations, quarterback Baker Mayfield, the receiving tandem of Beckham and best friend Jarvis Landry, and much more.
"You can all say it with me," Rome boldly declares. "The Cleveland Browns are America's team."
By the way, today's practice and 14 others are open to the public.
