CLEVELAND — While Cleveland Browns legend Joe Thomas prepares to be enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, we are taking a look back at his historic career.
On Saturday, Thomas will become tied for being the ninth youngest Pro Football Hall of Fame enshrinee at age 38. Thomas was a first-ballot Hall of Fame selection and will become the 18th Browns alumnus to be enshrined in Canton.
During his 11-season career with the Browns, the University of Wisconsin product blocked for 20 quarterbacks. The revolving door of quarterbacks for Thomas began in 2007 with Charlie Frye and ended with Cody Kesler in 2017.

In 2017, during an "E:60" feature with ESPN's Jeremey Schaap, Thomas was asked if he could name all of the starting quarterbacks he's played alongside in Cleveland. Thomas, impressively, was able to name all 18 that he had protected through that time. That moment can be watched below:
The 10-time Pro Bowl selection made his mark in the NFL's history books, holding the record for most consecutive snaps played with 10,363. He becomes the first Browns player to be enshrined into the Hall of Fame since 1999 when tight end Ozzie Newsome was inducted.
