Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry can do far more than just create separation from a defender and make one-handed catches, as he can throw the ball a little bit, too, and is not afraid to show off his arm strength.
And show off Landry did with a 63-yard pass to wide receiver Breshad Perriman midway through the second quarter of Sunday’s 26-18 win over the Cincinnati Bengals at FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland.

The Browns’ second scoring drive of the game covered 70 yards in just three plays in large part because of Landry. On first-and-10 from the Cleveland 30-yard line, Landry took a double-reverse pitch from wide receiver Antonio Callaway and fired a throw to Breshad Perriman for a 63-yard gain.
Landry caught the pitch while running from right to left across the formation, and then, he slowed to a stop, brought back the ball, found Perriman with a step on a defender and fired an on-the-mark throw to the right side of the field.
The throw travelled 54 yards in the air, and then, Perriman accounted for another nine yards after securing the reception.
Two plays later, rookie quarterback Baker Mayfield gave the Browns a two-score lead over the Bengals when he found tight end Darren Fells for a one-yard touchdown reception as the veteran pass catcher sprinted toward the right sideline with separation from a defender.
Although the extra point hit off the right upright, the Browns maintained a 13-0 lead over the Bengals with 7:12 remaining in the first half.
Throwing passes is nothing new for Landry, as he completed a memorable two-point conversion pass to Mayfield in the Browns’ 21-17 victory over the New York Jets on September 20.
After offsetting penalties wiped out the first two-point conversion attempt, which resulted in a sack-fumble for the Jets, the Browns got a second chance and took full advantage of it.
At the start of the play, Mayfield ran out of the backfield on a pass pattern and the ball was directly snapped to running back Duke Johnson Jr. After taking the snap, Johnson ran right and pitched the ball to Landry, who floated a pass toward Mayfield on the left side of the field.
Left open on the play, Mayfield hauled in the game-tying conversion attempt.
